Can we cancel a card?
Yes. Cards can be canceled instantly. That's handy if a card is lost, a staff member moves on, or a card for a one-time event is no longer needed.
Do cards ever lock automatically?
They can. You can set cards to auto-lock if a cardholder doesn't submit a required receipt within a set period of time (seven days is a common choice). Cardholders get reminders before that happens, and your finance team can see everything the whole time.
It's a friendly nudge that keeps your records complete without anyone having to chase paperwork.
What happens when a card reaches its limit?
The card simply declines once its spending limit is reached, so no one can spend more than you've allowed. See How do spending limits work? for more.
