How you pay for KleerCard spending depends on your plan. Either way, it's simple and predictable, with no surprise balances piling up.

On the Free plan, you add money to your KleerCard Wallet and your team spends against that balance. Think of it like a prepaid account for your organization. Running low? You can add more to your Wallet anytime.

On the Standard and Pro plans, your team spends on a credit line. Once a week, we automatically debit your linked bank account for the previous week's charges.

That weekly payment covers everything from the week before, so balances are always paid in full. No carried balance, no interest, and no month-end surprises for your finance team.

In some circumstances, KleerCard may be able to offer a 30-day billing cycle instead. If that's something your organization needs, just ask and we'll talk it through with you.
