Short answer: if you're a church, a registered nonprofit, or another 501(c)(3) organization, no — you never need a personal guarantee with KleerCard.
Your KleerCard is issued to your organization, not to a person. That means no one on your staff or board puts their personal credit on the line so your team can make purchases. (We think that's how it should be. Your pastor or treasurer shouldn't have to co-sign for the church's office supplies.)
What about businesses?
For businesses and other organizations that aren't registered nonprofits, a personal guarantee from the owner is part of our Customer Agreement.
